I have four events at this time, two confirmed, two in the bag.  Confirmed means,  well, in stone.  In the bag?  That means in stone.  The business owner just doesn't know it yet.  Telling myself it's in the bag gets me to confirmed.  Telling myself it's tentative gets me nowhere.
